What:                Member Appreciation Day
This summer celebration will feature light refreshments, special giveaways, an enter to win featuring a  grand prize Royal Caribbean ocean-view cruise for two, Detroit Tigers game package, Westin Book Cadillac hotel certificate, AAA roadside assistance kit,  travel specials, free insurance quotes and more. The public is welcome.
 
When:               Thursday, July 26th from 10am-4pm
 
Where:              All of AAA’s 30 full-service branches, 20 sales offices and 25+ Entrepreneurial Agencies across Michigan.

Why:                  A summer celebration and special thank you to AAA members, non-members and local communities. Michigan drivers have been using AAA since 1916This year marks AAA Michigan’s 102nd anniversary.  The first office and headquarters of the Detroit Automobile Club (forerunner to AAA Michigan) was at the Hotel Pontchartrain in Detroit with 19 original founding members.  Membership stood at 1,805 by the end of the first year. Today our membership has grown to reach over 1.4 million members across Michigan.
